In Gov. Palin, Senator McCain has chosen a woman that women in all walks of life can relate to. Career women will appreciate Gov. Palin’s accomplishments in government. Mothers will appreciate her responsibilities as a mother with the sensitivity and compassion of a mother’s heart. Working mothers will definitely appreciate Gov. Palin’s ability to balance family life and career.
As a public servant, citizens will be able to appreciate Gov. Palin’s faithfulness to her constituents in Alaska and respect their high regard for her. Her administrative skills will be an asset to the McCain administration. Her knowledge concerning energy resources will also be an asset to the McCain administration and her willingness to address the issues concerning oil will give citizens hope of seeing a solution to this nations energy crisis. Finally, Gov. Palin, will have the opportunity to become heavily involved in foreign policy issues without having the full responsibility of being Commander-In-Chief. She will do so while having the benefit of Senator McCain’s wisdom and experience in foreign affairs, military affairs and national security. This over-the-shoulder experience will serve her will in the future should she decide to pursue the highest office in the land or Heaven forbid have the responsibility suddenly thrust upon her.
The Grand Old Party has been greatly blessed by the selection of Gov. Sarah Palin as nominee for Vice-President of the United States. The country will be greatly blessed if she is given the opportunity to serve.
